Please notify us by via contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.

For damaged items, we will offer you a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.

If you’ve just changed your mind, we will request that you return the product unused and in its original packaging. On receipt, we will issue your refund (excluding postage).
